The philosophy of lessening the suffering of others is of the utmost important to us. We want everyone on this planet to feel accepted for who they are and that is why it is important for us to have DEI at the core of our strategy in development.

Preservation

Conservation, environmentalism, and climate change resiliency is at its peak of importance today. We, as the human race, are not more powerful than the Earth. The Earth is resilient and it will overcome whatever hell we put it through. We, as a species, may not. From eliminating our carbon footprint to saving public lands, the time is now.

Fun

Our CEO was heavily influenced by Mammoth Mountain Ski Area Founder Dave McCoy and his strong-willed wife Roma McCoy. “All in fun” was a famous quote of Dave’s and if you didn’t have fun at the end of the day, why was it worth it? We all deserve to have more fun.

Without embracing new techniques and methods, we start to see stagnation for businesses. We want to redefine marketing through new strategies and stay on our toes in order to unlock opportunity.
